If your number isn't receiving any messages, let us know within 48 hours of assignment. We'll troubleshoot and either resolve the problem or replace the number. If two separate replacements still fail to fix the issue, we’ll issue a full refund — no hassles.
A number is considered used once it has successfully received a one-time password (OTP) — regardless of which service it's for. While we do test for general compatibility, we can’t guarantee support for every app, especially those with region-locked or high-security limitations. Because of this, we do not offer refunds for numbers that have already received an OTP.
Original Payment Method: Refunds are sent back via your original payment method.
Crypto Payments: For crypto transactions, refunds are issued in USDC over supported blockchain
