Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using any application ("App") provided by SBN ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("user" or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our Apps.

2. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use our Apps on your mobile device(s) for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to your compliance with these Terms.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Use the App solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • Not engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with the functioning of the App or its associated services.
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the App.
  • Not use the App to transmit any harmful or malicious content, including viruses or malware.

4. Prohibited Actions

You are prohibited from:

  • Licensing, selling, renting, leasing, transferring, assigning, distributing, hosting, or commercially exploiting the App.
  • Modifying, translating, adapting, merging, creating derivative works of, disassembling, decompiling, reverse compiling, or reverse engineering any part of the App, except where such actions are expressly permitted by applicable law.
  • Accessing the App to build a similar or competitive service or application.
  • Removing or altering any proprietary notices or labels on the App.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by SBN or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by SBN.

6. User Content

If you submit, post, or transmit any content through the App ("User Content"), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform such User Content in connection with the App and our business operations. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose information about you.

8. Modications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modication, suspension, or discontinuation.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, tness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location, or that any errors or defects will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SBN, its afliates, directors, employees, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of prots, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SBN is established, without regard to its conict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
